Embed Article (hope for an easy and fast way)

Hi there,

 

I hope this is the right forum, I'm new here!

 

I have a prestashop but unfortunately not yet know me so well that out! An important question is whether I individually in each item the

Store must Populate or whether there is a possibility to create a complete file with alem article and then directly upload complete! That would be the best especially the Complete Store 20,000 items is because I sit for an eternity
