How to modify authentication errors? Can't find the right file!

Can someone please tell me the location of errors PHP file? I would like to change few things but can't find the right file.

I've attached screen image, so you can see, what exactly i have in my mind.

 

It is in Slovenian language, hope that doesn't bother you.

you can do it in the back office under localization > translations tab

for ow i haven't got access to back office, but you should check: error messages translations and optionally: front-office translations

This is not an option, because i'm getting 404 error everytime i press "update translations".

 

So i would like to change it manually within TPL or PHP file, if that is possible
