janoloco
Hello friends. I'm getting a blank screen with the text: fatal error after check out with paypal on my store. Can some one please help me with this issue? my web page is www.madereria.mx I'm able to log in to my paypal account and make the payment, but just after pressing the blue button " terminar con paypal" (finish with paypal) i get the fatal error screen. However the charge is made to the paypal account. The URL of the displayed error is: http://www.madereria.mx/module/paypalusa/expresscheckout?pp_exp_payment=1 Thanks in advance! El Patron
I helped janoloco with this offline. shop 1.5.5.0 1.2.5 had several different internal issues. loaded old 3.5.5 and payment path worked fine. Anyone having 'one page checkout' redirect loops, error returning from paypal (blank screen), no payment taken etc, uninstalling and re-installing still showing express checkout...etc... try the attached 3.5.5 v3.5.5-PayPal.zip

benjamin utterback
Benjamin, the module you link is called Paypal Europe? It is called PayPal Europe. However, it also works for United States as well.
bellini13
Ah interesting. Historically it was just called Paypal, but at least this helps to explain why there is a new "Paypal USA"
El Patron
glad it worked out thanks Michael...for keeping these in you back pocket.. in this case J was in Mexico...I can understand a nicky little issue here or there...I honestly thought with all the problems I had with 1.2.5 on this shop that it must have been his site. But simply loading the old version resulted in immediate gratification so my assumption is now is there is some significant outstanding issues with 1.2.5. Note: the 1.2.5 module in back office indicated that an upgrade was available, thinking yes! I clicked the upgrade button but either it didn't upgrade or it did but module was unaware that it did because the upgrade message persisted. Also when I uninstalled and re-installed or uninstalled and deleted, upon re-installation it was stuck in express chk out mode without a way to turn that off... pwmkarsten
I have the same problem with paypal mexico. I need it because i want to recieve in usd and pesos. I am still busy to editing my site with with a lot of details and testing. If i make a upgrade in the back office it says upgrade succesfully, current version (1.2.5), but nothing changed. the installed version is 1.2.5 and i says 1.2.6 is available. If i go to the website addons there it says current version 1.2.6 but is i download the addon the file name says 1.2.5 I don't remember for sure (or there was no update available) but i believe i upgraded to 1.2.6 a week ago and it worked fine (i had a problem that when i paid with bankwire that a message popup that the credit card transaction failed) so i uninstalled both payment modules and reinstalled it. Did they put back the old version or did they forgot to put the right version under the download link. Prestashop 1.5.5.0 After that i did a lot of changes and started with a new install. And got this issue with paypal.

Payment goes through, but order doesn't show up in backend.
