willems
Hi everyone, Yesterday i started with prestashop and suddenly when i typed my domain (**) it got redirected to www.basic-baby.com/index.php. I thought i must have done something wrong so i reinstalled prestashop and it worked again. Now when i tried to go to my domain this morning i got the same problem, eventho it worked fine when i went to bed. even when i got to **/adminxxxx it says Basic-Baby and not my domainname. I havent changed any code, i only changed this with the GUI: - turned off some modules (cheque payment) - added some modules (icepay) - added/removed some products (removed the stadard products) - added/removed suppliers (removed the one that is standard, created one miself) - added sending prices/weight ranges (including adding a zone and linking it) I use prestashop 1.5.5.0 Hope i gave enough information! willems
click forgot password i get the message: "this account does not exist". Edit: im going to upload a backup to the webserver from when it still worked. When it works i will download the cache module and see what happens. If it starts redirecting to basic-baby i will post here again, if its fixxed i will also let you know! Thanks in advance for the help Edited September 21, 2013 by willems (see edit history)
parsifal
Sounds like someone has stolen your hosting and/or PS access codes and is messing with you. Immediately check all your PCs for malware and keyloggers before proceeding to change any access codes...
El Patron
do you also own and have installed www.basic-baby.com? if so it sounds like you are connecting to that database and not your new installation .nl.

Thanks for the reply, i ran a check on my computer and the ones in my LAN and nothing bad was found (thank god) do you also own and have installed www.basic-baby.com? if so it sounds like you are connecting to that database and not your new installation .nl. I dont have that domain, but i revamped everything. i had my database locally and the website hosted trough a company..which issnt recommended. i just found out that they also support databases so i put everything on their servers. im now uploading my prestashop backup again trough filezilla because i clicked some wrong links and the hosting company cleared the files (everyone was a newby once, right? ). Should all work soon! (i hope)
