just_me Posted September 9, 2009 Share Posted September 9, 2009 Hi,I have done the installation till step no3 and database is connected already, and for the PrestaShop database tables prefix, I leave it blank and I type the email address and click "send me a test email", but it's weird as I didn't receive any email nor notification from prestashop. but still I was able to click the nest step no 4, and when I click next then it's stucked and the installation is not done yet. So, could you please help me to solve this problem? As I have tried to delete the DB and make the new one again,but still the same problem is still occurs, please help.Thanks. But if the ip is blacklisted then emails will not go to any hotmail accounts ( i have hotmail ) so try that and and see if you do get an email If you do then that means its not the ip block.
