Yes but its missing:

How do I get those files?

You can find them in them in the English version. Copy them to the dk folder and translate them.

the "shipped" file are there, they're just called "shipping" instead. Just remane them.

Actually all the files in "mail/dk" are in enlish anyway what a translation...
