Ebay Error sync Especifica hasta 4 por anuncio.(Solved)

Hi, im some items listed on ebay whith the module 1.4.1 on a prestashop 1.4.11.0, wen buy or add number of items work fine, but now i tried to post some new items and dont work .

 

This is a capture off succes.

These are all the new product, if try to sync all says the same for all products, you know Whi?

I tried to actualize to 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 module, but wen try to syncronice, dont work show product 26/35 and are blocked in dont pas to next item.

an ad is very strange, I've never seen a response like this.
ebay will respond well to all classes or just on this one?
have you checked on ebay if the category corresponds to the cofigurata ebay and that has not changed anything (that does not match now in your module)?

Hi, thanks for your answer, do not know if anything has changed ,in the module frontend looks good, but as I tried to update it and desactualizarlo several times, I've noticed that in the categories the name wrong, but when I update it gets well.

 

I'll check in the database to see if they match, I use the category 633 in all.

 

What is the master table I have to check, because they are configured four different tables with the same name.

for the category there is:
ebay_category

ebay_category_configuration

but if in ebay the category is different the problem is that in the module the category is not upgrade how in ebay (that in this days have changes some af it).

Hi, is posible to force actualize the category?

 

I have another problem, I just realized, I updated the return policy on the first page, but when I give to save, I get a sign indicating that it not been updated, you will have something to do?

No you can't, you must unistall the module and verify in db that the category table is erace

Ok, i know, but whi is not possible to save the config in the first tab, al files are 777, but dont work, i changet it in ps_config, and work fine.

Hey, one thing I do not understand, the table ps_ebay_product, appear only a few products, but ps_ebay_product_configuration ,show  all , are normal?

the first is the assosation with ebay

the sendo is the specifics of the configuration for product of the new module

Select products that you do NOT want to list on eBay.

I go to try clean table ps_ebay_product, and sincronice only new product.

 

other think, in this image look says, select producto, not list on ebay, but if i dont check it, dont show to sincronice, is a error on traduction?

otherwise if are in block list dont sincronice, but if not marked in secto to no sincronice, dont try to sincronice what are bad?

Hi, i solvel them, i now know the problem , after deactualice from 1.5.1 version, dont clean the database some table and configuration persist in,

 

If other have the same problem,these are the steps:

 

Make a Backup of the ps_ebay_product table.(otherwise dont have old product listed), ps_ebay_category_configuration;

 

Re install module 1.4.1.

 

put in uninstall option of the module. wait to do.

 

enter in u sql manager IEK phpmyadmin

 

Tipe this.

DROP TABLE `ps_ebay_category_condition` ,
`ps_ebay_category_condition_configuration` ,
`ps_ebay_category_specific` ,
`ps_ebay_category_specific_value` ,
`ps_ebay_product_configuration` ,
`ps_ebay_product_image` ;

 enter in ps_config table, search all %ebay% configs an erase all;

 

Reinstall 1.4.1

 

Config all options and exit;

 

Re install the backup of ps_ebay_product, ps_ebay_category_configuration.

 

And todo work fine again.
