manually transferring orders from 1.4 to 1.5

Have already transferred categories, products, customers and addreses from PrestaShop 1.4 to 1.5

I'm trying to transfer orders and order infos.

Store does not have manufacturers and taxes are disabled.

Could someone specify which tables hold orders and orders infos.

 

Here is the list of the tables I have already transferred related to orders:

prefix_order_carrier

prefix_order_history

prefix_order_invoice
