Yotpo Tab Problem

I had installed the Yotpo Testimonial module. The problem is that i am able to see the review side tab only on the product page and not on any other pages.

Hi ruchit,

isn't that normal, as the review is about that specific product you look at? Otherwise it doesn't know which review text it should show...

the reviews tab is supposed to appear on all pages, and be dynamic based on the product page.  If you are on your home page, then all reviews are shown.

 

Maybe this is an option however?

I wanted to check with you if this issue is still relevant. If it is then please send me the ticket ID of the ticket you opened with our support when you emailed them. I can then follow up with them and if needed, our Prestashop developer.
