Just a query. If a customer has a discount code, and forgets to use it before checking out, is there any way I can add it to the order from the back office?

yes you can add it to the order in back office, just open order page - scroll page down and below order summary you will see field to add voucher codes:

Thanks. I've looked t that, but if I click on add new, it does;t show a list of cart rules - it just seems to want me to make a new one. I want to add an existing one
