[Solved]Customer can not register after upgrade 1.5.4.1-1.5.5

After upgrade of my Prestashop from 1.5.4.1 - 1.5.5 customer can no longer register.

 

If I set registration to require adress information on registration customer gets 1 error.

 

Last name is required.

The last name box is vissible in the top section but not in the adress section.

 

Customer can not add any adresses.

There is no field to enter adresses, name, zip.

There is 6 errors on this page.

 

This error is the same with standard theme as with the theme that are used.

The solution for me was to edit the adress layout in the country section in localisation menu.

Yes I am using custom template, but the issue is the same witn standard template.
