Prestashop 1.5.4.1 web improvement

I am having trouble with speed of my shop which I am not sure it is server or my template, php files. I need an experienced developer who allows me to sit in and learn how to fix it myslef in the future.

Priority is someone who lives in Sydney.

What kind of hosting plan do you have? I am pretty versed in how to speed up a shop, I have written an article or two about it.

97 it's good, almost perfect) but this image based on previous google score and did on my fully configured server (I did from scratch)

@Dh42 your articles are helpful and I will pass this to my consultant. Since I am not that experience with PHP, I am a newly graduated who  trying to learn and gain as much as I can. At the moment, I need help from experienced developer. As far as I can see, there are bugs to be fixed ; translation, css, some templates file etc.
