Categories displayed in Login Screen, then linked to Newsletter

Hi! Not a programmer, so I'm looking for someone who has written something like this:

 

At login screen, I want to show the Groups that are in the system (editable). Want the customer to be able to choose which group they belong to (could be more than one).  There is a product by the Community that does just that, but it also lists the SIRET number, which I don't need.

 

Also want the Newsletter to be able to link people from that group and target them specifically to send a Newsletter to when new products from that group have been added.  Have purchased the Newsletter and Statistics from Prestashop.  This doesn't seem to target groups though.  Is there someone out there that could write a modification to all this?
