blockcustomerprivacy - not working

PS 1541 default and custom themes...:

 

Customers can go through  the registration process when the tickbox for the blockcustomerprivacy is unchecked.

Please if you have this module installed and enabled try registering a new user in your store with unchecked tickbox on blockcustomerprivacy module.

 

I read about a js part of the modul ...the modul wants to register...but it is missing...

Well, I hope this issue is known and already solved.

 

What can I do to make the module working as intended`?
