1-click upgrade failed - 1.4.8.2 to 1.4.11.0

Try to use 1-click upgrade module to upgrade my shop to 1.4.11.0 but it was failed. The error message was below:

 

Analyzing the situation ...Shop deactivated. Now downloading (this can takes some times )...

[Ajax / Server Error for action download] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Internal Server Error " jqXHR: " "

 

downloading from https://www.prestashop.com/download/releases/prestashop_1.4.11.0.zip

md5 will be checked against ba7ae7baa6de4afcf4beae23c675e013

 

It looks like the prestaashop_1.4.11.0.zip file can't be downloaded.

 

My PS current version is 1.4.8.2

Target version: 1.4.11.0

 

1-click upgrade version: 1.1.6

 

Could anyone help me please? Thank you so much!

I had the same problem and found it is best to download the latest version from http://www.prestashop.com/en/download then upload the zip file to your shop manually using ftp.

 

Select more options (expert mode) then choose local archive, this will tell you the folder to upload your zip file, once uploaded you can then select the zip file from there and perform the upgrade.

When I try to download it from that page, it is downloading the zip file called v1.1.3-1-Click Upgrade - AutoUpgrade.
