No carriers available for the address "Paypal_Address"

You'll need to provide more details about your shipping/carrier setup.

 

Did you confirm Paypal payment module is configured for the Country being used during checkout?

Are the carriers manually created, or managed by a module?

What zones are the carriers configured for?  Is the country used in checkout in those zones?

I solved my issue. The issue was that there was no valid carrier for the products in my basket.

 

I replaced my original carrier with a new one and didn't realise that the products were set up to use the old one specifically, rather than using all available ones. The test account had already been created previously when delivery was valid, and I registered the account using a test PayPal account.

 

It seems that the default address name for PayPal Express accounts is Paypal_address.

 

Check that your carrier is correctly configured and active, and for a test product edit the product and in the Shipping tab make sure your carrier is selected, or use the Unselect All option and save the product.
