How to send the newsletters from the admin page

Hi guys,

I am having the requirement to send the newletter to the subscribed persons. So I tried to a lot but can't find how to send the newletters from the admin page. Can any one tell me how to send the newletters whether i need to install any module...........if so please suggest me the module name

You do need a module. I think this one will do the trick:

by default there is no possibility to send emails from back office in bulk. Newsletter module only collect mails, with this default prestashop addon you can't send emails to customers who join to the list. In this case you have to use

I bought this module, but getting it to work is a pain and the user manual might as well not exist, anyway another problem is this, right at at the end of setting up your news letter, to send it and I quote press the send button in the back office, ok where is this send button, and I don't have a clue about cron jobs, even though I tried a cron job module which said the url provided by the newsletter and stats module was invalid.

so I have spent 3 days 115 pounds sterling with no customer support and still have nothing to show for it.

so any help would be great.

Yeah same here, there is no "send" button...
