Top 3 time saps, what are yours too?

Hi All, I was curious what takes you the most time running your business, my top time saps/wasters are listed below.

 

1. Packing up orders to send out

2. Answering customer emails - General Enquiries

3. Re-ordering stock (this was number one, but I've solved this now)

 

some others that I just keep putting off but really do take a lot of time...

 

4. Doing the full tax/net/gross profit for tax thing

5. adding products

 

so, what takes you the most time / is the biggest pain in the *** to get done?
