add payment name

Hello,

 

I use a payment service which allows me to take payments over the phone.

 

Where it asks me for payment method, currently it only has paypal.

I would like to add an extra option for when I take phone orders I can specify that I have taken the order over the phone and through my own payment service.

 

Is there a way for me to add this?
