vekia
the question is: what ps version you use? everything depends on it if you're using 1.5.x go to ps_shop_url table in your database, you will see there these fields

vekia
okay, but are you use that you use correct values, for example - for ps directory? wrong "PS directory" value usually causing problems like you've got where is your prestashop installed? in root dir of your localhost? if so, ps directory must be "/" if in subdirectory: then set it to /subdirectory/ where the subdirectory is name of dir.
