Changing customers shipping option

Hello Littlepants,

 

I think the best way to resolve that issue would be to cancel and then re-enter the order with the new details.  I tried to change the shipping option myself on my installation and there was no way to do it that I could see.  You can add a new order in the Orders screen, but it would need to be associated with a registered customer.  

 

By the way, you can cancel the existing order, by going into ORDERS and editing the order status of the existing order.  Change it to "CANCELED" and then create the new order.

 

I hope that helps!  If anyone has a better answer (other than to directly edit the database somehow), then please let us know.
