Brighteyes
A while ago I bought the Sagepay Direct module from the Addons store... http://addons.prestashop.com/en/payments-gateways-prestashop-modules/3610-sagepay-direct.html However, this module did not work for guest checkout.I sent around 20 messages to the developer who was initially helpful but after realising his module was faulty ignored my last three messages including one asking for a refund. The developer could also not show me a website where this works and I've been ignored since the 14th August. I didn't rush for a refund, I tried to figure it out myself and also have posted 3 messages on the Prestashop forum. (The one marked solved was marked by yourselves not by me)http://www.prestasho...38#entry1340738http://www.prestasho...ut-not-working/http://www.prestasho...checkout-issue/And I have sent two messages the Prestashop Addons site (after the developer couldn't fix the problem) describing the situation and asking for a refund or credit with no response. I then contacted Prestshop who on the 23rd August said "I'll explain your situation to the commercial service with the order number and they'll find a solution. You'll here directly from them in a short while."I have heard nothing and have had no reply from my last 3 messages, the last one being a very reasonable "If you could keep me updated it would be much appreciated." I have been very understanding but it's becoming quite insulting now. I have bought a module that does not work and you will not refund (or even answer me) me. It's not right and the only reason i'm posting here is because i've been blanked when contacting you in every other way. The actual Prestashop product is great and i'm forever singing it's praises but this example of customer service is out of order. I'm a web developer using Prestashop regularly and feel I deserve a certain level of respect, i've even bought modules and themes since I bought the faulty one above. I also think people should be aware of the complete service they will potentially receive from Prestashop. Now, rather than get your back up, act defensive or go quiet, face up to this problem and address it.

Dh42
What issues are you having with this module? Is this the module from Enn Karson? If so, a client of mine bought it and had a lot of trouble out of it, but I managed to fix most things wrong with the module. Let me know what issues you are having, I might have fixed them and can send you a file.
Brighteyes
Thanks for your message. That's the one, Enn's Sagepay Direct module. I couldn't wait any longer though, I messaged Enn with no response, posted messages on here and spent days trying to figure it out myself. During this time my client was losing money so I had to buy another one. I bought the Presto Changeo module which worked straight away. So a big thanks for your kind offer but it's past trying to get that one to work. It's a refund that I want and should get it on both moral and legal grounds. Any company who cared for their customers would resolve this. Imagine Apple refusing to refund a new faulty ipod? The customer service here appears to have a "leave it and it'll go away" philosophy. Their silence speaks volumes.

Brighteyes
Ok, the module has been now even removed from the Add-ons store. How on earth can you now not refund me? This is truly insulting and bordering on criminal. The developer and Prestashop both have a proportion of the cash I paid for this module that did not work. I spent days trying to fix that module and even more time sending messages to resolve this issue, my client has also lost money by using a faulty payment module. Prestashop cannot even respond let alone refund. I have now been ignored by Prestashop for 25 days and counting....
Dh42
Did anyone contact you from Prestashop after I passed your information along?
Brighteyes
No nothing. Enn got back with "IF I see a real case that the module don't work, I'm more then happy to refund you." Bearing in mind mine didn't work, he's been unable to show me one example of it working on another website and it's been taken of the Prestashop add-on site. Xavier du Tertre
Hi Brian, Just emailed you seconds ago. Removing the module from the Addons store wasn't our final solution, it was just an urgent thing to do, but we did not forget about your problem and we mean to solve it asap
Brighteyes
Hi Xavier, Thanks for your message. I am beginning to realise that my frustrations might be better aimed at the developer rather than Prestashop! Enn's mask is slowly slipping. He's just emailed me calling me a liar! The cheek of it. Brighteyes
That Enn really is a piece of work! My faith in Prestashop is well and truly restored, you have my understanding having to work with developers like that. There's was a post earlier this year with Dh42 on the same module... http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/249680-illegitimate-refunds-on-addons/?hl=%2Benn&do=findComment&comment=1244563
