Geotechnical
Our Store was ready to go online. Only need, to set up FedEx. After Looking into FedEx needs on the front end of the site, we find our site now redirects to "Merchant/en/" (which gives us a 404 error site) instead of the original folder which is "Merchant". How did that happen? How do we fix it to avoid the redirect /en/ (which does not exist) so we can see the front end of our site again? P.S. Prestashop version 1.4.6 The "country" is the U.S. The Language is English. We have never changed those settings from the creation.
Geotechnical
How did we fix it? In the SEO url page, "preferences" Option that says "Friendly url". Default setting is recommended a "Yes".We changed the automatic "Friendly url" to "NO". That solved the problem. We were able to go in the front of the store again.
