[SOLVED] How to change language in CMS block

Recommended Posts

Hello all

How can I change language on the CMS block ?

Is that possible ?

All I can do is choose what line I want to have visible but not change the language.

Its in english and my site is in Norwegian.

Do I need to enter the text itself in the php code ?

I am using PS 1.5.5.0

Petter

cms block module is based on CMS feature. in this case you have to edit CMS pages under preferences > CMS tab in back office

(there is option to define translations both for page name and for page content)

Thanks Vekia

However I did not find the option you mention.

I looked under Administration -> Preferenses in Back Office

And I looked in the CMS module itself on the preferences and edit function but I could not find anything about language or translation.  Could you please help me agan ?

  • 7 months later...

I did all of the above, but my cmsblock displays the links in English only, meaning when I change language in the client front-end, the cms links still display in english.

any ideas?

PS ver. 1.5.6, multilingual site
