NeilD Posted September 6, 2013 Share Posted September 6, 2013 I'm attempting to setup an online store using presta 1.5.5. I built the template and put it up on a temporary server for my client so he could add his products and content before I move it. My client has added images to the site but used a coloured background. Pestashop creates multiple copies of every image uploaded to use in different areas of the site. Each copy that presta has made has been resized and a white background added. It looks awful. Now I'm not sure what to do and could really use some advice. I realise I could go through the arduous of downloading each of the many copies of his 80 odd products from the server, editing them and re-uploading them. But I'd rather not. Besides every time my client adds a new product I'd have to intervene, somewhat defeating the idea of a content management system. Can someone please advise me on the best course of action.
