Problem with Adding shipment

Ok another problem with adding shipment. When I want add new option or edit standard i see only white screen. Look at the screenshot

 

And error code from console

In Advanced Parameters->Performance, did you (In ccc block):

Minify HTML turn ON ?

 

If so, try to set to Keep HTML as original.

PascalVG, I didn't make any changes there. And this option is set to  Keep HTML as original. Now i make backup my all files and I'm trying to reupload all files from original package Presta.

 

 

OK, I overwrite all files and problem is still the same ;/  Any new ideas?
