N@D33M
Hi, I'm trying hard to upgrade PS from 1-Click Upgrade but as soon as I land on that module page, I can see the console error: ReferenceError: help_class_name is not defined if (help_class_name == "adminorders") What does that mean? Any senior could help me please? Thanks, Nadeem
lynbbor
I'd give up on the 1-click update. I and others have not been able to make it work. In fact you will likely find that following the manual update instructions also will not go as they say it should go. I ended up preparing for the update as told in the manual instructions and then simply uploading those files over my existing store files and done. Delete the install folder and you are back in business. I did attempt to run the upgrade.php as instructed, however it claimed that I was already updated to 1.5.5 so it refused to run. Better instructions for updating, at least from 1.5.4 to 1.5.5 are definitely called for. Best of luck to you.

N@D33M
Never mind, I did a trick: I was using SEO friendly URL, I turned it Off and then refreshed the frontend now everything is working fine except some CSS and other files has replaced which I could fix it but at my end things are working, I don't know if this is the cache problem or default installation problem. GOOD LUCK!
benjamin utterback
Do you have mod_rewrite active on your server? When that is enabled you are able to use Friendly URL, it's very good for SEO!
komodo2k9
I've been sitting here for 3 hours just trying to upgade from 1.5.4 to 1.5.5... and to say the least it would be faster to start from scratch! first and for most the 1 click upgrade module will not update to 1.1.7 and I get a notice to make a payment to... really! even the so called updated version still downloads as 1.1.3.... Really Frustrated with this update!!!
