look :

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host g.mx.mail.yahoo.com [209.191.118.103]: 554 Message not allowed - UP Email not accepted for policy reasons. Please visit http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/defer/defer-04.html [120]

i get this every time presta sends auto notifications about order, i also set mail to be send in text

It's hard to say without seeing the complete message (ideally showing the originally bounced message) but the page discussing this is here:

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/postmaster/errors/postmaster-27.html

Yahoo seems to be saying it is the content of the message they do not like but considering the vague error message there is no way to know for sure whether it is the body, something in the headers or some other issue weighting the message as spam. What you can do is use the form above to submit a false alarm report.

Cheers

Howdy. First thing is that the fact you are coming from Romania likely will mean that any anti-spam system that Yahoo has in place is going to be weighed higher against you since they will have fewer customers in that area and there tends to be a lot of malicious activity that originates from eastern Europe. Sucks for honest folks there but that is the reality of the situation (you can thank outfits like the RBN for that situation). Second, this example bounce was not generated with PrestaShop so it looks like your issue has nothing to do with PrestaShop.

Possible issues here. . .

Looking at your bounce, your local mail server is not issuing a FQDN in its HELO greeting to your webhost:

Received: from [188.25.25.119] (helo=bellomobil)

The IP of the mail server does not have proper reverse DNS set up either apparently:

nslookup 188.25.25.119

** server can't find 119.25.25.188.in-addr.arpa: SERVFAIL

So the first hop here is a little suspicious in that it is coming from a mystery IP address. For some hosts that alone would be enough to trigger a filter.

From there we get to your web host. This bounce message has HTML in it as well as a "Disposition-Notification-To" header which may weight things higher as far as spam goes. You stated though that you have sent a *purley* plain text message via this webhost to Yahoo? Did you do so with a mail client like you have here or only via Prestashop? If you sent a plain text message with a common mail program to a Yahoo account via your web server and it has bounced the same way then my guess is that your webhost is being blocked across the board.

If a plain text message message bounces the same way then you will need to try contacting Yahoo:

Cheers
