I need an Order Form to allow my wholesale customers to quickly order without cart functionality (only when a wholesale customer logs in)

 

I've found two options below.  But they apply to all visitors and groups indifferently.

Are there any modules to achieve this type of functionality in PS?

I'm desperately looking for a List type Order Form to allow my wholesale customers to quickly add multiple Items with Quantities in their shopping cart for a quick checkout.

This seems to be the best option that I've found http://addons.prestashop.com/en/checkout-modules/8065-order-form.html

But it has some serious limitations:

1) It doesn't support pagination

2) If you enter a quantity for an item then try to move to a different category, you lose that item/quantity

3) It can't be configured for specific Customer Groups.  But the developer said this can be hardcoded.

 

If anyone has any other solutions, please let me know.  I'd appreciate it.  Thanks.
