Make address non mandatory

I read the article on making email and password fields not mandatory

but the solution to pre-fill applies only to 2 fields.

I want PS to be my invoice generator and thus have counter customers without addresses

How can I do this?

Is there a mandatory flag that I can take out on the database or elsewhere?

Seems this is the solution to my problem, by setting address required fields
