HTTP 403: Installed Modules Translations

Hi,

I just installed 1.5.4.1 (I know 1.5.5 is available but I already started working on 1.5.4.1, I will upgrade it later) 

 

I'm trying to translate the installed modules in French, some fields are missing. When I save the translation, I get the following error message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /prestashop/admin123/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I tried changing the php.ini file, I also tried another installation on another folder... same error....
