flyclothing Posted September 6, 2013 Share Posted September 6, 2013 (edited) I have the same issue when I click on new products, where the pages are going blank. We have only 300 products and the site is already not working. What modules should be removed and why are they there if the affect memory? I had high hopes for this software but am seeing basic functions simply not working and difficult configuration. I spent 12 years with x-cart and the cart was easy to configure and fucntioned better from the install. mothershop Posted September 7, 2013 Author Share Posted September 7, 2013 The problem thankfully has been fixed with these 2 points: 1- My Disk space on server was full so the solution was upgrading the sever package. 2- The php.ini memory quota which is also adjust by your server provider.
