trippodo
Hi all, we have upgraded to the very latest release but since then every order status change takes us between 100 and 110 seconds: a real torture! benjamin utterback
Hi, when you are using Chrome can you open up Dev Tools and by clicking F12, make sure it is on "Network" change an order status and the Dev tools should be able to tell you where it is taking so long in the "Time" column. Also, you may want to turn on Error reporting to see if there are any outlying errors that may cause this. Keep me posted! Thank you!

vekia
Same issue, sometimes finishes with Error 500 if you've got error 500 you should definitely run "error reporting" - if you've got it sometimes - i have to say that it sounds like issues with "memory limit"
XJR100
if you've got error 500 you should definitely run "error reporting" - if you've got it sometimes - i have to say that it sounds like issues with "memory limit" I get 500 error also with tab Advanced parameters -> configuration information : always after update to 1.5.5.5 Before I had it with a after update from 1.4 to 1.5.4.1, but somehow fixed (do not remember what it was). Also had error 500 with saving products, but fixed with SSI tab in virtual hosting panel. So, give some ideas, where to look.
