wilmeta Posted September 3, 2013 Share Posted September 3, 2013 Hello, I'm trying to finish my first prestashop web, and I have solved many problems using this forum, and searching the web, but this time, the problem is getting me crazy. I think it's php related, and this field is unknown for me . The question is: When a registered customer attempts to recover his password, the system don't send the recovering email to his account, but the shop's account, in my case "[email protected]". No matter what customer email you introduce, the system always says than it has sent a recovering email to the same email account. I've just upgraded to version 1.5.5., but I don't know If I had the issue also before. I think the problem is in authentication.tpl, or password.tpl, which does not take the right variable indicating the mail client, and get the email from the store, but I don't how to fix it.
