Shipping backoffice error

Hi, after updating from 1.5.4.1 to 1.5.5.0 I have a problem now when creating a new carrier. Can't finish it and the design is wrong.

 

Also disappear the option for insert the price of each carrier!!!!

 

Anybody can help me please

HI play33, when you are in the back-office on the Shipping Wizard, can you please use Chrome and press F12 to open Dev Tools in Chrome. Next click on Console and let me know if there is anything there.

 

 

Also, did you receive any errors during the upgrade process?

Hi, No errors appear with F12.

 

During the upgrade no problem appeared.

 

I'm moving back to 1.5.4.1, because i need to change the shipping price.

 

And upgrade again, to see what happen!

Okay, are you uploading your BackUp of your Database and Files? I suggest to test the upgrade again on a test subdomain. Copy your files and database to the test subdomain and try the upgrade again. Sometimes files can be corrupted or changed during any file transfer process over the internet.

Hi, I used the 1 click upgrade. 

 

I never could finish a upgrade manually. Give error ( but think is my fault ).

HI play33, can you tell me what errors you have? Also, are you upgrading with a custom template or the default one?

Hi, I think something is going wrong now. I rollback the backup and now have more problems.

 

now appear the following when try to save a product:

 

2 errors 

1. Products must be in at least one category.
2. This product must be in the default category.

 

The shipping is ok.

 

My template is custom.

HI play33, did you use the rollback function? Although that is an option, the best way to do this would be to simply upload your BackUp MySQL database and PrestaShop folders/files via FTP. That will ensure that your website is back as normal from before you upgraded.

Hi, yes I used rollback funcion, and think this was my mistake. Now I can get back how was before. I tried to use rollback from CPANEL (backup) and also via backoffice prestashop. Trying now to upload via FTP and upload my database backup.

 

Will take a little time to do that. but will try.

Hi, tried this and not working. Still the same both problems

 

version 1.5.4.1

 

Now problems when click products in back office:

 

• Bad SQL query
  Unknown column 'cp.position' in 'field list'

 

And when try to add a new product appear the same error when try to save:

Hi, when you did your backup, did you manually export the Database and copy your FTP PrestaShop folder/files at the same time? 

 

I did read one solution, try opening your store with another browser, and then clear the history and cache of your browsers and see if that works.

Hi, I export all together difference for around less than 1 minute. Also made a full backup from my hosting CPANEL. and also a backup in the prestashop back office.

 

I tried this also with another browser and clear the history and cache and its not working also, just the "Bad SQL query
Unknown column 'cp.position' in 'field list'" which didn't appear anymore (this in the previous version - the one I rollback 1.5.4.1).   Just the problem now is when save the product. "

Hi,

 

After the upgrade to 1.5.5, i cannot setup shipping costs correctly for all 3 shops. When is select all shops, the costs are not saved. When i select 1 shop, the cost for this shop is saved, but the other shops have no shipping info anymore (setup shop 1, 2 and 3 are blank, setup shop 2, 1 and 2 are blank)

 

Any ideas?

Hi, I have the same problem now in the old version, after restore all the store. in the F12 Console appear the follow:

 

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'dropdown' gamification.js:63
