ristretto6 Posted June 12, 2008 Share Posted June 12, 2008 I'm noticing that when I get the summary email for an order, it tells me the shipping info the customer has inputted, but not the state...any way to add this to the confirmation email that I receive, to make the shipping process easier? UPS requires you to fill in the "state" field when you enter shipping info, so if I can't tell from the city name, I end up having to look it up each time based on the zip.
