[SOLVED] Contact form has stopped working

Hi, as the topic, contact form has stopped working.

I can not find the subject of the message, the script does not display the list of topics.

 

Can't send any messages.

 

Please assist.

You are talking about the front office or you are not getting any message in the back office ?

Nope, zero warning's, zero error's, nothing.

Can't choose theme of the message .. There is no option at all .

Go to your back office then Customer then Contacts then Add New

 

Fill all the fields

and save

Now check back in the contact form there will be a subject heading,

Just try and reply
