laloq369
ddoan, do you have any solution for that?
shahriar
I have exact same problem , i think better to not use translator , it is not only remove en from module which you want to translate , also removing all en folder , better do it from hosting , go to folder choose .html file and then edit by Html editor . best way
El Patron
When we want to translate emails they are 'typically' within a module. at back offiice-->localization-->translations-->email translations-->(the default is theme) if we then use the default setting (theme) then rather than file the xlations to the module it will file them under theme/yourtheme/modules/module name/lang.php This will result in next visit to translations with error. TO FIX THIS (first back up) then delete theme/yourtheme/modules/module name (make sure there is nothing in this folders except mails) Then TRANSLATE LIKE THIS: Select Core (no theme selected) theme/yourtheme/modules/module name/lang.php http://screencast.com/t/OFLT4VCmwqC and all will be right with the world

dakota_spring
Alright, I followed El Patron's instructions - so far it works. I can edit an e-mail template and save my changes but the e-mails that get sent by Presta still contain the old messages. So in fact nothng really has been changed. What can I do in order to make the e-mails that my customers receive look the way they do in the templates?

What can I do in order to make the e-mails that my customers receive look the way they do in the templates? look in themes/your_theme/mails (if specific module then themes/your_theme/modules/your_module/mails) rename the email template by prefixing with _ (underscore). This way it will not find it there....good luck!
dakota_spring
Ok thanks! Looks like I should have edited the template files instead of trying it the official way.
