jumbo
Hi all, In short:Skrill's quick checkout is not working, my customers are asked to choose a password when checking out (so Skrill is forcing them to create an account), and Skrill support weren't helpful on this (kept telling me that quick checkout is enabled for my merchant account, and that the user should checkout with an email address that is not already registered with them). This problem has been going on for years. Will Skrill resolve this problem, or should we walk away from it? Worse, they don't have a rep here on Presta forum anymore, and they started a new 10 euro/month fee policy for all merchant accounts. Well sorry Skrill (ex-moneybookers), if you don't help me get money from my customers, I can't help you get that fee... tuk66
You answered yourself. I recently canceled a Skrill account and now they are blocking the entire balance for 4 months. Hidden behavior
jumbo
Was the quick checkout working for you?
tuk66
I used the module on PS 1.3 and it worked. Anyway, take a look at http://moneybookers.com/creatives/integrationmanual/MB-Prestashop-Integration_en.pdf.
jumbo
Thanks tuk66, but I definitely tried everything. I've been having MB/skrill on my website for 3 years and using the module that comes with Prestashop Unless there's an explicit parameter for quick checkout that I should pass, the problem lies on Skrill's side.
