Pressed0024 Posted September 2, 2013 Share Posted September 2, 2013 Currently, when customers use the Contact Us (indicating their order number) or the Order History to send messages to store owner, we will open the email from our Gmail and reply from there. But when the next reply comes for the SAME order, previous messages are not present in the email. Sometimes customers would forget what they email us about and have to search through their inbox for previously conversed emails to recall. It would be good to have a module that is "Smart" like Zendesk's threaded replies so that all past conversation regarding the SAME order number is present in the email. Customers do not have to search through their inbox for previously replied emails to recall the details of the conversation, saving customer time and ease their experience contacting us. I have attached a screenshot of a sample how threaded emails should look like. Please don't advise using the current Prestashop "Customer Service" feature because the way emails are handled is terrible. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
