Need module. add 1 extra product 4 free in cart(ad sticker from us)

Hello!

 

I need a module or a fix, that allows me to add a choice in the cart. a tick box with one drop down select.

 

The idea is when the customer goes to the cart and checks out. He will get an option to throw in a free sticker from us in his desired color if he would like to(free advertising for us) =)=)

 

 

it may be that his type of module exists. if so where?=)

 

 

 

It will be like.

 

tick box(or whatever): do you want a free advertising sticker?

 

Color: 20 different

 

"space for free text in the future or something) =)
