Some quick Editing Needed

Hi All,

 

I am not much of a programmer and very very new to the PrestaCart system. I have the site all setup and ready to run but there are a few things that I cannot figure out, and wondering if you folks are able to help, or even if there is someone I can talk with live to do a crash course in the basics. Of course willing to pay a little for the help. I do think I need someone to run through my settings and such to make sure I am setup correctly.

 

1. Cannot seem to figure out how to change the order numbers from all those crazy letters to be setup so it will run orders in numbers, like 0001, then next order 0002, etc. I see invoice shows #0001, can we make order # and Invoice # match?

 

2. How do you delete an order?

 

3. Would like to test a Paypal transaction as well, will send refund once it is complete so I know it works.

 

4. Using Flat Rate Shipping for USA 1 price, and non USA another. Not sure i have the "non USA setup correctly?

 

5. Want to use Pay by Money Order, but only see check one? Any way to change that to be marked as Money Order?

 

6. On top of main page, there shows 1 category only (Hot Wheels), the others are not shown? Cannot figure out how to add more, or remove that one.

7. How can I add a Add To Cart Button on main page item listings.

 

I actually do not mind the design at all. Quite user friendly, easy on the eyes, and shows the products well. But just seems like I need a pro to teach me and check over the systems. Also will be getting SSL but wanted to wait and see if I get that first, or setup Prestashop first?

3) Will have a look.

4) Add a new Employee with Admin rights (Menu Administration->Employees) and PM (Private Message) or Email me the info ([email protected])

5) Will check when in Back office

6) Go to Modules->Modules, find 'Top Horizontal Menu' module, press configure. Add/delete as desired.

7) Where exactly? In Featured Products? Needs some coding...

8) SSL Is not really needed, as you want to use PayPal for your payment. This is all arranged out of your own site. But of course, it 'shows more secure' :-)

Sorry I am totally lost on this? Not sure where to place code, or even how? :-(

I will wait on this, looks like it will not adjust inventory.

Awesome, this I did fix. :-)

Just under the product photo I think would be a good spot.

Ok thanks, will just leave SSL alone for now.
