[cart problem] technical error, on prestabox.

Hi, i just started in E-Store, so i used the all in one prestabox feature, i had trouble starting but now i am fine, but i still have a problem, when i try to put an item in cart it says:

 

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product.

Details:
Error thrown: [object Object]
Text status: error

 

No problem on IE64, but everytime this error on FF23 and Chrome, no problem on iPad to.

 

Can anyone help me please ?
