benwiggy
I'm getting emails from PayPal about an "Instant Payment Notification Warning". "IPNs to the following address are failing.", followed by the URL of my shop/modules/paypal/validation.php. I'm using Prestashop version 1.3. Looking on PayPal's website, Prestashop isn't one of the many webcarts that they list. Is my shop going to be discontinued? How do I stop IPNs from my shop form "failing"? benwiggy
According to PayPal, my shop has suddenly decided to handle incoming notifications incorrectly, event after 3 years of doing it properly. We arrived at the solution to Turn off IPNs in PayPal, and then turn them on again. That will stop the problem with the particular payment that keeps being ignored by Prestashop, but whether things will work normally after that remains to be seen. printerink
Hi .. I am having the same issue. It appears that previous Paypal modules had a validation.php file which the IPNs sent to .., but the current Paypal modules v3.5.7 and v3.6.2 do not have a validation.php file so that is creating the error. How to fix .., I wish I knew.. can any [spam-filter] out there help us with this?
