amodkarmarkar Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 (edited) [solved] Hi all, I am confused about this In the localization,translation,email tranlation i have two files in the backoffice 1:bankwire.html 2: bankwire.txt If i make some changes in .html file it does not get effected in .txt file Which file do i have to edit to get required changes. vekia Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 everything depends on your email settings,you can check it under adv. preferences > e-mail tab in back office: if you select "email in HTML format" you can edit only email translation in HTML file. if you select "email in text format" you can edit only email translation in TXT file. if you select "both" you will have to edit tese two files. But to be honest, "both" is the best option in my opinion.
