darin
Hi everyone, I cannot seem to find an answer for my problem, so I'm posting here, hopefully someone can help me. I have set up a prestashop installation for an upcoming ecommerce site. All files were installed to my hosts httpdocs folder. I have purchased a seperate dedicated SSL certificate for the domain, created unique IP address, etc. All set up in plesk on dedicated linux server. My problem is that when I click on 'contact' or 'my account' or 'log in', I am getting a blank page, or 'not found' error messages. I have copied the entire installation from the httpdocs folder over to the httpsdocs folder, so I know that the files are there, yet they do not display when connecting through SSL. SSL is enabled in the backend. What do I need to do and why isn't this working? Obviously I want prestashop to work like it should, by only utilising SSL on pages that need to be encrypted. Does the problem come from the 2 separate http folders?Any advice/help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you,****SOLVED****It was file permissions. I'll go crawl back under my rock.............
