background of 3rd step in shopping cart not changeable

HI,

 

Having some difficulties in changing the background of my shopping cart.

step1,2,4 and 5 are changed... cant seem to change the third step from a grey background ot a black background...

 

I am using 1.5.4 of prestashop version.

 

Do i need to look into a .tpl file ? cause i cant find it in global.css

 

please help
