Help! modify product.tpl

I'm trying to make changes in the product.tpl to leave it as shown in the picture, but I can not do it in any way. The central block want to modify the contents of the left and right column leaving it as shown in the second image.

i've notied that you already changed theme a bit. So my question is: is there any chance to check your website? i will do it with pleasure and paste solution for you here

You could send the product.tpl and product.css if you could do something with it. Even give you remote access to my pc
