User1234567891
When I place an order in the backend of my shop the invoice is generate ex VAT. Whereas when an order is placed in the shop (front end) all is disaplyed fine, tax included. I have no idea where this change in VAT display is generated. I want VAT displayed. Anybody encountered this before, or maybe have a solution for me?
tuk66
This can be two issues. Firstly, the order created in BO has wrong amounts (in the database) or secondly, there is something wrong with the invoice. What is your PrestaShop version? User1234567891
I am working with 1.5.4.1 I place the order in backend by selecting excisting products. So i do not enter any amount. It is all generated automatically.
tuk66
I see but there are so many combinations how PrestaShop can calculate tax that it is impossible to check that without all information about countries, tax rates, zones, customers etc. I thought that a direct database content can help. User1234567891
What I wonder is, why is there a diffrent invoice used for backend and frontend orders? With frontend orders all is in order. Only backend orders cause problems.
