Order Confirmation Email Problems

Hi, I'm having a problem with the automatic order emails that are being sent to the shop owner. The billing and delivery address are getting mixed up. In the backend under the order details the correct shipping and billing details are showing but in the email they are coming differently.

Which means that the client has to get the details for each order from the backend each time rather than rely on the email. Does anyone know which file needs to be fixed and what the correct code should be?
